Ticket Centre & Theatre Policies

There are no refunds or exchanges.

Out of consideration for other members of the audience and performers please observe

the following:

    Children: Out of consideration for other patrons and the performers, babes in arms

       are not permitted in the theatre for adult performances.

  Latecomers: Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Management during appropriate breaks in the program.
Recordings: The use of cameras and recording devices during a live performance is strictly prohibited.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted.
Pagers, Cell Phones & Beepers: Please turn off your pagers, cell phones, beepers, and alarm watches before you enter the theatre. Pagers may be left at the Audience Service Counter in the lobby.

Scents: The person beside you may have allergies to perfumes and aftershave.

Please consider this when attending the Theatre.

Consignment or Complimentary Tickets
per ticket printed $0.25

Order fee will be paid by ticket buyer and retained by the Port Theatre Society.

All Sales $1.00

Tickets sold for events not at The Port Theatre are printed on green tickets.
These tickets are printed at the time of each sales transaction.

Just the Tickets (for sales at other outlets)
Set Up fee $100 per performance
Printing Charge $0.25 per ticket
Tickets printed for events not at the Port Theatre are printed on green tickets.
GST applicable on all products & services.
